Tottenham and Chelsea are among the Premier League sides who have been keeping tabs on Bremer’s situation in recent months. In June, Chelsea submitted an ‘important proposal’ to sign the Brazilian centre-back.
However, neither Chelsea or Tottenham could finalise proceedings with Torino. His priority soon became a switch to Juventus, and that dream can now be realised.
As per Fabrizio Romano, Bremer is set to sign a five-year deal with Juve. It will see him earn a net salary of £4.3m per season, which works out at around £82k a week.
Bremer will soon leave Torino’s pre-season training camp to sign his Juve contract. All the paperwork is ready and waiting to be sorted.
Juve have agreed to pay Torino an initial £34.9m for the 25-year-old, who is yet to win a cap for the Brazil national team. The deal will rise to roughly £43m if certain clauses are met.
According to Italian source Tuttomercatoweb, Bremer will take part in a medical with the Bianconeri on Wednesday.
Should this go smoothly, then his transfer to the Allianz Stadium will reach completion.

Spurs and Chelsea officials may be sad to see Bremer remain in Italy, rather than trying out the Premier League for the first time.
Chelsea have also lost out on Matthijs de Ligt today (Tuesday). He has moved to Bayern Munich from Juve in a £65.5m deal, so Bremer will effectively become his replacement.
However, both English clubs have transfer alternatives, plus they have already brought defenders in.
Kalidou Koulibaly left Napoli to join Chelsea recently. And the Blues are also in talks to sign Jules Kounde from Sevilla and Paris Saint-Germain’s Presnel Kimpembe.
Spurs, meanwhile, will benefit from having Clement Lenglet in their squad for next season. He is at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on a season-long loan from Barcelona.
A first stint in the Prem may have appealed to Bremer. But there are a couple of reasons why he chose to join Juve instead.
By moving from Torino to Juve, he can stay in the same city. A transfer to Spurs or Chelsea would have forced him to change house and possibly uproot his family too.
In addition, there is a high possibility Bremer will lift a few trophies while playing for Juve. They have won nine out of the last 11 Serie A titles.
Max Allegri’s side might be a bit behind Chelsea when it comes to competing for the Champions League crown. However, Bremer can scoop up most of Italy’s domestic silverware while playing for Juve.
