Thomas Tuchel was unfortunately at Kingsmeadow last night to witness Chelsea U21s lose 3-0 to Fulham.
Tuchel went along, as he often does anyway, to watch the development squad play with the involvement of a handful of first team players keeping his keen eye on the game.

The positives are that Ben Chilwell, who is still recovering match fitness after his injury, claimed another 90 minutes in the tank, and Ethan Ampadu and Trevoh Chalobah also got 90 and a chance to impress. Carney Chukwuemeka also played the majority of the game.
