How Barcelona plan to fill San Siro with fans ahead of Inter Milan clash in the UCL

After succumbing to a 2-0 defeat against Bayern Munich, Barcelona have another tough test that awaits them in the form of Inter Milan in their group of death in the Champions League.

In what is set to be a cracker of a contest between two European giants, a fresh revelation suggests that the club are intent on filling the San Siro with culers to mark the special occasion.

As per the latest information provided by SPORT, the Catalan heavyweights wish to do so by providing their supporters three ways to travel for the contest.

Firstly, the option of travelling to the game via a flight on the day of the clash has been presented, with €276 set as the price for club members and €335 for fans.

The second option is to travel for the clash against Simone Inzaghi’s side a day before with an overnight stay in a hotel, with the charges being €498 for members and €598 for fans.

Lastly, the third and final way is to travel via bus on September 20th, with the costs for members set to be €60 and €75 for supporters.

Ultimately, the club’s goal is to provide alternatives to each and every Barça fan and member worldwide.

While both teams met each other during the 2019/20 and 2018/19 seasons, it is rare for two clubs with such history and tradition to be drawn in the same group.

Especially considering that before the recent match-ups, Barcelona and Inter Milan last played each other in the Champions League semi-final in the 2009/10 campaign.

If culers from across the globe come in big numbers to the San Siro for the clash, the hope remains that Xavi’s side do the business at one of the most revered stadiums in the continent.
