Ahead of the Catalan derby against Girona on Saturday, FC Barcelona have unveiled their fourth kit for the 2022/23 season inspired by La Senyera colours.
As had been revealed before, the shirt is entirely yellow in colour and has four horizontal stripes of red going across the chest.
The Barcelona crest is placed at the center of these stripes and just right below it the logo of the main kit sponsor, Spotify, appears in blue colour.
Interestingly, the logo of the kit manufacturers, Nike, also in blue colour, has been moved to the sleeve. The shirt also features the club’s classic garnet and blue colours in vertical stripes along the cuff of the sleeve.
💛 Un homenatge a les nostres arrels.

The shorts are also yellow, as are the socks, which also have a small Blaugrana stripe on them.
The kit design is a tribute to the roots of the club and is expected to be debuted when Barcelona face Girona away in Montolivi on Saturday afternoon.
“The slogan chosen to present the kit, ‘+ Catalunya + Barça’, evokes the essence of Barça and its pride in belonging to Barcelona and Catalonia,” reads the club statement.
