The longest Premier League season since the COVID-truncated 2019/20 campaign is just two weekends away from its conclusion.
Southampton may have already slipped out of the trap door at the bottom and Manchester City have one hand wrapped around the trophy but not everything is finalised just yet. With four teams desperately trying to avoid following Southampton, half the Champions League spots are still up for grabs and some teams that actively want to play in the Europa Conference League are still in the mix for seventh.
With plenty to play for across the length of the table, here's the form each team is carrying into the final fortnight of the season.

Across their last six league matches, Brighton have earned their largest-ever Premier League win, conspired to lose 5-1 to a relegation-haunted Everton before turning over the second-best team in the division on their own patch. Brighton's 3-0 victory away to Arsenal on Sunday was the club's fourth from their last half-dozen top-flight outings, all but condemning the Gunners to second place while manoeuvring themselves into sixth.
While the Gunners have stumbled since April, Manchester City have cantered into the final furlong of the season with the unmistakable whiff of champions. Pep Guardiola's side have won their last 11 consecutive league games, scoring a league-high 17 goals across the previous six matches and conceding just four.
Guardiola held up two fingers to signal the two wins his side needed to win the Premier League after defeating Everton on Sunday. However, following Arsenal's subsequent slip-up, City can snatch a fifth crown in six seasons with just one more win.
Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool - as has so often been the case in recent years but not this one - are the only other team that can come anywhere near City's winning run. In a late surge for Champions League qualification, Liverpool have a perfect record over their last half-dozen games.
At the other end of the spectrum, lowly Leeds United and Southampton are the only two clubs without a league win in this sequence. The Saints slipped into the Championship with a limp 2-0 loss to Fulham, extending the club's winless run to 11 games.
Sam Allardyce earned the first point of his brief reign in Yorkshire with a 2-2 draw against Newcastle on Saturday but Leeds are still waiting for their first three points since the start of April. Leeds have conspired to score and concede in each of their last 11 matches, winning just two of them.
Leeds host Tottenham on the final day of the season in a meeting between two desperately out-of-sorts outfits. Both Spurs and Leeds have shipped a division-high 17 goals across their last six games - eight of Tottenham's concessions have come in the opening 15 minutes of matches during this sequence.
