According to a report from Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are currently in the process of compiling monthly reports on their seven loaned players.

However, decisions regarding their future will not be made until a technical summit takes place in two months to thoroughly evaluate and determine their next steps.

It is said that Barcelona are aware of several clubs’ intentions regarding their players, whether it is for a transfer or a second loan. However, they are hesitant to make any hasty decisions at this moment.

A detailed study is underway

At Barcelona, the situation for several players remains under scrutiny. Some are hopeful of reclaiming a spot in the first team, while others await finalized offers.

Although there have been initial contacts indicating the intentions of their current clubs, it’s premature to pass judgments or make decisions with two months of competition still ahead.

The outlet mentions that the club is maintaining a consistent approach, conducting monthly evaluations of the players.

Each assessment is independent, and reports are prepared accordingly. This task is overseen by Bojan Krkic, the coordinator of Barcelona’s Technical Area,

Who among them can return?

Among those on loan, the likes of Eric Garcia and Pablo Torre are making waves at Girona, aiming for European success.

Meanwhile, Julian Araujo has impressed at Las Palmas, while Alex Valle shows promise despite injury setbacks, potentially strengthening the left-back position.

Beyond Spain, Sergino Dest and Clement Lenglet are finding their footing at PSV Eindhoven and Aston Villa, respectively, although they had to earn their places in the starting lineup.

On the other hand, Ansu Fati is facing challenges at Brighton, firstly with injuries and then with statements from his coach, Roberto De Zerbi adding to his difficulties.

Among all of them, Araujo has the higher probability of finding a place in Barcelona’s first team next season owing to their full-back issues. For the rest, it will be a difficult fight, to say the least.
